If you choose the monthly service plan, you will be paying for the next months rental space I.E. sign up in June, fee pays for July.
Invoice reminders will be sent out two weeks before due date. We will not be offering automatic withdraw to help provide added security to your accounts.
If invoice is not paid, 2 days before due date, a courtesy email will be sent as a reminder. If it is not paid within 2 days after due date, your office will be locked until rent is paid.
We understand life happens. If there is something that is preventing you from paying that months rent, just let us know. If there is 30 days passed due with no communication, we will assume you are wanting to close your office and will do so with a final notice.
