MAY 1ST - GENRE AND STORY REQUIREMENTS
On this date, we will email you the genre and story requirements for you to begin writing and developing your story. You will not be given any instructions prior to this date so that everyone has the same time to create and prepare.

MAY 15TH - ACTORS ACCESS
On this date, you will be given access to the reels of all the actors and actresses who have submitted for "The Actors Voice" you must use talent from this resource pool. If you have someone that you want to cast, they must submit through The Actors Voice to participate.

JUNE 2nd - CHECK IN AND BEGIN FILMING
10AM you will check in to the festival and receive the prop to use in your story.
11AM you will meet with your team and begin to work on filming your story.
12PM you will be released to begin filming.

JUNE 3RD - 12PM DEADLINE
Completed project must be uploaded and emailed to info@bransonfilmfestival.com no later than 12PM SHARP to be accepted.
We recommend starting the upload process early enough to allow time to upload and email.
We also ask that you recommend your Top Actor/Actress that you would like to see win The Actors Voice and why you are recommending them (Please only submit one)
RULES AND REGULATIONS
You can start writing your story on May 1st when you are given your genre and requirements for your story. You will submit the title of your story on May 5th. This will move you to the next part of the process. Please be aware of your time to not invest more than 24 hours in this process.
CHOOSING your CAST
May 15th You will have access to reels from Actors and Actresses who submitted to audition for "The Actors Voice" You will have 1 hour to select your cast. Please note, if you do not select your cast during the allotted time, you run the risk of not having access to them due to others selecting them for their production. You CAN send your cast a copy of the script prior to arriving in Branson, Mo.
FILMING LOCATIONS
All locations must be secured with permission before June 1st. Please make those arrangements and have signed release forms in place prior to arrival.
You must check in at festival to receive a PROP of unknown origin that will be required to be included in your production.
Director and Producer will receive FREE admission to the festival. The production team can be as large or small as you want it to get the job done. However, please note, we are only able to do 2 FREE Festival tickets per team. Everyone else will need to purchase a $30.00 crew pass for cost of the festival here.
FIRST PLACE
YOUR ACTORS will win "The Actors Voice" Team award. You will receive 1 year FREE PR in THE PRODUCER digital magazine and one year use of Studiobinder Indie plan $500.00 value.
SECOND PLACE
YOUR ACTORS will receive a special thank you package and placement on our VIRTUAL actors wall for casting directors and producers to have first look. $200.00 value prize of Final Draft 12 Digital Download
THIRD PLACE
Your team will have a special write up in THE PRODUCER MAGAZINE including
interview segment from our chief editor Baja Jessopp
