Access to common ground
Ability to schedule appointment with needed service provider, including but not limited to, script writing services, story analysis, business advisor, financial advisor, production processing, top sheet creation, payroll assistance, graphic design, music score, animation, etc. (additional fee may apply)
CUSTOM Services Annual
Save money by having access to the commons area and scheduling appointments as needed. Access begins immediately and is paid until the end of the month the following year.
Annual invoice renewal reminder will be sent out two weeks before due date. We will not be offering automatic withdraw to help provide added security to your accounts.
If annual invoice is not paid, 2 days before due date, a courtesy email will be sent as a reminder. If it is not paid within 2 days after due date, your office will be locked until rent is paid.
We understand life happens and things change. Communication is the key to success for your established office space. If there is 30 days passed due with no communication, we will assume you are wanting to close your office and will do so with a final notice.
